During these early days of 2022, Gaspelino Holdings has had several management and organizational changes. One important announcement is the decision by Ms. Gara, whom most of you know well, to retire. As you know, Ms. Gara has served with distinction for many years, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her long, consistently-professional service. Effective immediately, I will be taking the reins as Gaspelino’s Managing Director.
